About the Presenter

Samantha Bond serves as the Executive Director of First 5 Lake, where she champions the vision that every child deserves a strong, healthy start in life. With over nine years of experience working with rural First 5 commissions, Samantha brings a wealth of expertise in early childhood systems, cross-sector collaboration, and innovative program development.

With her experience in addressing mental and behavioral health needs in children and helping to build systems that support the whole child and their family, her work is deeply rooted in a commitment to upstream solutions, ensuring that children and families are supported before challenges become crises. She is especially passionate about creating inclusive environments where all children feel nurtured, valued, and have a true sense of belonging.

Under her guidance, First 5 Lake has become a trusted convener and thought leader, working alongside local organizations, tribal communities, businesses, and policymakers to advance equitable access to services and opportunities for young children and their caregivers.
