HOPE to Healing is a 4-part, in-person wellness series designed to support adults 50+ in rebuilding emotional resilience and strengthening community connection after disruption and loss. Through guided reflection, mindfulness, music, and storytelling, participants will explore themes of grief, identity, and belonging—while learning simple, practical self-care tools to support emotional wellbeing long after the series ends.5:00-6:00 PM Resilience, hope, & healing facilitated session
