3v3 tournament format (16 teams total)
Fast-paced, competitive games over a 3-4 hour event

Safety & Conduct Policy:
This is a supervised event with referees and staff on-site. Hoops For The Kids enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for fighting, aggression, or disrespect toward officials.
Any serious misconduct results in immediate removal. All participants and spectators are expected to maintain good sportsmanship at all times.
Who This Is For
This event is open to HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES ONLY (ages 16–18) who are serious about the game and ready to compete.
We are intentional about creating an inclusive and empowering environment — each team is required to include at least one female player, helping promote opportunity, teamwork, and growth for everyone on the court. You MUST have a female player on the court at all times.

*Prizes will be distributed to players on the winning teams following the tournament. Each Prize package is awarded per team, not per player*
Registration Details
Entry Fee: FREE
NO SPECTATOR FEE
Deposit: $5 (The $5 deposit is fully refunded at check-in in CASH and is only used to ensure teams that register are committed to attending)
🚨 Only 16 teams will be accepted — register early to secure your spot!
Team Size: Teams must have 3–4 players (3 on the court, 1 optional substitute).

Participant Agreement & Code of Conduct
1. Zero-Tolerance Rule (Non-Negotiable)
The following behaviors will result in immediate ejection and removal from the event with no warning:
Fighting or physical aggression
Threatening behavior or intimidation
Verbal abuse toward referees, staff, or other participants
Any action that endangers the safety of others
Penalty: Immediate removal from the facility + team disqualification if applicable.
2. 2-Strike Sportsmanship Rule
To maintain a competitive but respectful environment:
1st offense: Official warning
2nd offense: Ejection from the game/event

3. Referee Authority
All games are officiated by licensed referees
Referee decisions are final
Arguing calls, excessive complaining, or disrespect toward officials will not be tolerated
4. Spectator & Parent Conduct
Spectators must remain respectful at all times
Taunting, yelling at players, or confronting referees/staff is prohibited
Spectators who violate policies will be removed immediately
5. Staff & Event Supervision
The event is actively monitored by Hoops For The Kids' staff and court supervisors
Staff members are authorized to enforce all rules and remove individuals when necessary
6. Responsibility & Agreement
By attending or participating in this event, all players, parents, and spectators agree to:
Follow all rules and staff instructions
Respect referees and fellow participants
Accept all disciplinary decisions made by event staff
Failure to comply will result in removal from the event.

This event is about competition, community, and opportunity. We expect all participants to represent themselves, their teams, and Hoops For The Kids with respect.

Info: All teams must be checked in by 10:30 or risk forfeiting their spot. At least 2 team members must be present for check-in. However, if all 3 are not present for the first game, the game must be forfeited.
