On the First Friday of each month, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Arizona time, join us in the Gallery of Wholeness, Harmony, & Radiance for new artworks, new poetry, and good conversation. We also offer our visitors hors d’oeuvres and wine. This event is a perfect opportunity for art-lovers, curious souls, and anyone who appreciates culture to discuss what matters to them.
This month, we explore the art of peace – striving for a life of awakening, compassionate consciousness, and meditation practice. Guided by artwork featuring mandalas, flowers, cranes, hummingbirds, and butterflies, we will dive into how these subjects can inform our own practice of “just being.” Meditation creates compassion, compassion creates peace, and peace creates the healing of your soul and the soul of the world.
Our spoken word and music program, "Words Falling from the Sky in the Present Moment, The Good News from Sedona!" begins at 6:30 pm, when Nicholas Kirsten-Honshin will share new poems. Honshin’s art and words are a mythic amalgamation of ancient healing practices and present trends in nature, science, and spirituality.
