Every job should be safe. Every worker should come home.

This Workers’ Memorial Day 2026, we will come together across Redcar & Cleveland to remember those who went to work and never returned — men and women who built our industries, supported their families, and gave so much to our community.

I want to invite industrial workers, former workers, families, and anyone who has lost a loved one to join us in remembrance. ❤️

Behind every name is a family still carrying that loss. We remember them, we honour them, and we stand with them.
