Honoring Yule: Winter Solstice Gathering with Heather Hart & Kelly Moyaert Gift yourself this time for honoring & restoring your inner self.
Slow down to connect to the turn of the wheel, nourishment, joy, and celebrating the return of the light!! Receive healing sound vibrations & gather in circle for community, cultivating intention, creating a very special (seasonal) art project; as well as, practicing ritual & inviting deep restoration...all to collectively honor the ancient customs of Yule.
What you can expect:
We will create and hold space for honoring Yule/the Winter Solstice, and this seasonal transition that inspires the return of the light! “You’ll” be offered a multifaceted experience for nourishment, restoration, divination, inspiration, joy, self-reflection & connecting to nature, all while being held in circle & community. Event includes:
Themed Meditation/Mudra/Pranayama
Discussion/Education around ancient Celtic traditions/customs & lore (honoring Yule)
Time & space for divination, journaling/self-discovery/self-reflection
Creation of a very special & meaningful seasonal art project (themed with Yule!)
Opportunity for intentional/spiritual connection to Solstice thru meditative movement
Restorative Yoga with Gong/Sound bath

Saturday December 21st, 2024, 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm at Yoga Studio Satya
Investment:
$75 per person. (Limited to 14 people.)

Please note that Event Registration CLOSES early: ON Thursday Dec 19th! (this is due to our need for time to gather & prep art supplies pre-event.)
Additionally, due to the nature of this event we are not able to offer refunds. Please arrive on time (or better yet, consider arriving up to 15 minutes early,) as we will be promptly locking the studio doors to begin this event at 7pm.
