About this Event
We have lost so much of what is sacred in our lives, from the water we drink, to the air we breathe, to our relationships with our body, to the relationship we have with the natural world. This meditation looks at our connection to spirit and how we can bring more awareness to the sacred elements of this human experience. Come explore what it means to honor the sacred blessings and strengthen your personal relationship with the spiritual realm. This meditation will be accompanied with a variety of sound healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, and other acoustic instruments. The meditation class uses sound, as well as oils and sacred smoke, to create a healing container for participants to safely explore their inner world and self-healing on all planes of existence.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a notebook if you would like to write anything down that comes up during the meditation. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.
Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the meditation class.
