Honoring Her Legacy: A Daughter's Mother's Day Celebration
Mother's Day can be a challenging time for anyone who's lost a mother, grandmother, or mother figure. If you're seeking a meaningful way to remember and honor your ancestor mom, join Black Women for Wellness on Saturday, May 4th at 12pm for "Honoring Her Legacy," an event to celebrate the legacy of the women who've shaped us.
Hosted by our Sisters in Motion team, this gathering will feature a panel discussion, altar-building workshop, and flower-arranging class.
It's a space to connect, heal, and have a healthy conversation about grief, mental health, and honoring the women who made us who we are.
