About this Event
The holiday season is often framed as a time of joy, yet for many, it is also a time when grief surfaces due to loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a physical capacity. This workshop offers a compassionate space to honor the full spectrum of your experience: the sorrow and sweetness, ache and the growth.
Over three days, we'll gather in community to explore the duality of grief and life through storytelling, embodiment practices, creative expression, and ritual. Together, we'll make room for both the pain of what has been lost and the possibility of meaning and growth.
