If you’ve been carrying grief, whether it’s recent, complicated, or something that’s lived quietly within you for years, this space was created for you.
Join us for a 3.5-hour immersive, therapist-led healing experience designed to help you process grief not just through the mind, but through the body, the nervous system, and the subconscious. This is a multi-modality experience where breath, movement, ritual, and community come together to support real emotional release and lasting integration.
Rooted in a neuroscience-informed and somatic approach, this workshop allows you to safely access and move emotions that talking alone often cannot reach.
We begin by gently arriving into the body with an intentional herbal tea experience crafted by Dominique Garrett, founder of Eternity Apothecary. This custom blend is designed to support introspection, soften emotional defenses, and open you to the experience ahead.
From there, we move into guided yoga and intuitive movement led by Erin Vonder Haar. Through somatic awareness and intentional movement, this portion helps regulate the nervous system and create safety within the body, allowing grief to begin moving instead of staying stuck.
We then transition into the therapist-led portion of the experience with Dr. Rachel Sims. Each guest receives a custom pre-integration workbook designed specifically for this workshop to help set intentions and understand how grief is stored and processed within the body and mind.
You will then be guided through a 9D Breathwork journey themed for grief and loss. Using breath, immersive sound, and subconscious reprogramming, this experience allows you to access deeper emotional layers, release what has been held, and reconnect to yourself in a new way.
Following the breathwork journey, we gather in a shared moment of reflection with an exclusive preview screening of GRACE, a powerful film exploring grief, connection, and transformation through movement and storytelling.
We close the experience with a deeply meaningful integration ritual, a custom candle-making experience with Malibu Apothecary. Each guest will create their own candle, selecting scents and crystals that represent memory, emotion, and intention. This becomes a physical anchor you take home, a reminder of your healing, your process, and your connection.

✨ MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
Dr. Rachel Sims is a Licensed Professional Counselor, owner of Uncomplicated Therapy, best-selling author of Are You Love Smart or Love Stupid, and a certified somatic trauma-informed and 9D Breathwork facilitator. With over a decade of experience in mental health, trauma work, and subconscious reprogramming, she blends clinical precision with heart-centered care and spiritual depth. As co-founder of Breath by Design alongside her mother, Lisa, she has helped hundreds rewire limiting beliefs, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect to their inner wisdom.
Lisa Young is a Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki II practitioner, and co-founder of Breath by Design. With over 30 years in natural healing and a background in Oriental Medicine and corporate leadership, she blends energy work and breath to help others release trauma and reconnect to their true selves. Her journey from CFO to healer reflects her lifelong passion for transformation, both personal and collective.
Erin Vonder Haar is a multidisciplinary movement artist, filmmaker, and founder of GRACE, a community-centered movement and film experience focused on healing through art and embodiment. With over 17 years of experience, she creates spaces where individuals can safely reconnect to their bodies and process emotion through movement.
Dominique Garrett is the founder of Eternity Apothecary, known for her intentionally crafted herbal blends designed to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness.
Malibu Apothecary is a luxury candle brand known for elevated scent profiles and intentional craftsmanship, offering a unique candle-making experience that serves as a lasting integration tool.
