About this Event

This poweful patriotic concert will honor and celebrate the great and often ultimate sacrifice made by thousands of men and women who have served in our Armed Services to defend the freedoms we enjoy every day. We will also be honoring all veterans and active-duty service members as part of the concert program. In addition, there will be a special time of remembrance to honor those who are part of “the Greatest Generation,” who courageously served during World War II. In addition to our veterans, we will also be recognizing the first responders who serve and protect us every day.As a part of the concert we will also be celebrating the 250th anniversary of these great United States of America.

The program will include the following:

  • An American Fanfare arr. by Rick Kirby
  • The Star-Spangled Banner arr. by Sean O'Loughlin
  • Salute to the Armed Forces by Camp Kirkland
  • American Salute (“When Johnny Comes Marching Home”) by Morton Gould / arr. by Douglas Wagner
  • The Greatest Generation by Robert Smith
  • Blades of Grass and Pure White Stones - arr. by Keith Christopher
