Trust me, I’m a beekeeper 🐝 I should know 🤭 and I’ve just BEEn at a Honey Sensory Analysis course in Edinburgh last month (level 1 mind, so not quite the honey connoisseur yet, but qualified and certified 📜), so I’d love to share some of this technical knowledge and experience with you all and translate it to normal language 🍯
