Forest Rhythms Relaxation & Meditation session @ Kinnaber woods, MontroseAre you ready to detox your mind & body?
We are heading from the beach into the woods to explore a whole new environment, to reconnect with mother nature to tune into the wonderful healing of the forest!
I am so excited to be hosting this relaxation session in the forest and one of my favourite local spots to run and clear my mind.
What do you need to bring?
1. A mat that is preferably water resistant or can be wiped down.
2. Warm clothes as it may be chilly. Blanket.
3. Long trousers as we will be in the forest and small bugs may be around.
4. A flask of tea for afterward.
5. Water / Hydration
Session will last 60 minutes with approx. 30 minutes afterward to chat & chill. :)
Meeting point:
Kinnaber Forest, Montrose.
Car park is on the right driving towards St Cyrus, across from the entrance to Charleton Farm.
Parking may be limited here so I would suggest either walking if you can, car share, cycling.
The walk from the car park to the forest will take roughly 10-15 minutes so please arrive 15 minutes early (09.45am)
Cost PP: £7.00 Payable on the day.
