We got a message from Santa! He had so much fun in last year's parade that he would like to see you all again! We will have to alert the RHPD to be on the watch for the Grinch. There are rumors that might want to ruin Rose Hill's Christmas! Let's make Rose Hill's Holiday Parade the next best thing to Macy's! ;)
-Cash prizes will be given for the floats displaying the best holiday presentation.
-1st Place ($150) and 2nd Place ($100) Minimum 3rd Place ($50)
-Parade begins and ends in the football stadium parking lot on School St. Plan to arrive, for line up, no later than 2:00 pm.
-We ask that there be no Santa’s or Grinch’s on any floats, as there is only one of each and HTC has already spoken to both!!
-We prefer candy not to be thrown from floats, as it is a safety concern. We do not want to encourage kids to run into the street. We encourage everyone to walk beside your float and hand or toss the candy to children.
