About this Event
Students will enjoy this Native American program for children 3-6.
Children learn about the long-gone local tribe of Lake County in this hands program, where they will dig for artifacts, make pinch pots, grind corn, and play a Native American game. We will end with a story of the 1st Thanksgiving as they make a bracelet to take home and help them retell the story to family and friends.
Students are welcome to dress for the experience, although it is not required.
