Students in this course will gain a clear understanding of solar energy as it relates to real estate transactions in Arizona. The class focuses on proper disclosure requirements, the AAR contract, and the Solar Lease/Loan Addendum, ensuring agents remain compliant and confident. Students will also learn the fundamentals of solar energy in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way. With this knowledge, both listing and selling agents will be better equipped to accurately represent and communicate properties with solar energy, allowing them to serve their clients more effectively.
