The Community Heroes Homebuyer Grant & Down Payment Assistance Summit is a powerful, action-driven event created to serve those who serve our community.
This summit is designed for teachers, school district employees, first responders, healthcare workers, civil service professionals, and essential workers who are ready to explore homeownership opportunities in Harris County and surrounding areas.
Many community heroes may qualify for thousands of dollars in assistance — including:
• Harvey 2.0 funding
• Harris County Down Payment Assistance
• City of Houston grant programs
• First Responder & Educator incentives
But most don’t know how to access or combine them.
