Homeopathy for Pregnancy & Birth: A Gentle, Supportive Workshop

Homeopathy has a special place in pregnancy and birth, offering support for both physical and emotional changes during this transformative time. Together, we will explore key remedies in more depth, with a focus on those most commonly used in practice throughout pregnancy and birth.

As part of the morning, we will also guide a gentle meditation experience centred around one of our much-loved pregnancy remedies (participation and taking the remedy are entirely optional).

Who’s it for?

We welcome expectant mothers, mums to be planning pregnancy, doulas and all wonderful ladies who support women through pregnancy and birth.

Amanda Sizeland – Midwife & Homeopath
Amanda brings together her practical experience as a midwife with a deep understanding of holistic approaches to pregnancy and birth. She offers a unique perspective that gently bridges NHS care and natural, holistic support.

Katy Sizeland – Homeopath & Craniosacral Therapist
Katy is passionate about supporting women to feel confident, balanced, and empowered throughout their pregnancy journey and into motherhood.

Together, Amanda and Katy are a mother-and-daughter team and the founders of Mother Homeopathy—a homeopathic wellbeing offering designed to support women through pregnancy and into early motherhood.

Our intention is for you to leave feeling inspired and confident in how to incorporate homeopathy into your pregnancy journey and family life.

What to bring:

You may wish to bring a notebook and pen, or simply allow yourself to relax and be fully present without taking notes.

If you have one, you are welcome to bring an eye mask for the meditation.
