About this Event

In this atmospheric sound bath experience, you will be given space to connect fully with your innate healing power and wisdom. We will be fusing principles from homeopathy with the harmonious frequencies of sound healing to restore balance, clear blockages and enter the desired state of calm and relaxation. I'll be providing all the healing sounds so you can lie back and immerse yourself fully into this healing space. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, comfortable clothing & water bottle. If it gets chilly, you might want a warm, cosy blanket.
