About this Event
Kimchi, a traditional Korean fermented cabbage dish, is packed with flavor and incredibly versatile.
In this 3-hour workshop, you'll learn an easy, beginner-friendly recipe that you can customize to your spice level. Once you make it, you’ll want to add it to everything—from noodles and rice to sandwiches and eggs!
This Korean cooking class on March 25, 2026 at the Creative Arts School, will include everything participants need for a complete, hands-on kimchi experience:
• All fresh ingredients (multiple napa cabbages, gochugaru, fish sauce, produce, etc.)
• A specialized probiotic fermentation container (airtight, vacuum lid, 3.5L)
• A complete kimchi recipe and technique
• Three hours of live instruction
• Take-home kimchi to enjoy and ferment at home
