Join us for an afternoon of Italian Sausage making with “The SodFather” Frank Balestri. Our very own winner of the 2020 Festa Della Sopressata at North American Pizza & Culinary Academy.This is a hands on class and we will grind, season and case fresh sausage. Frank will discuss:
-The cuts of Pork
-Ratio’s of meat to fat
-Some of his favorite recipes for Fresh Italian Sausage.
*Each Student will also get to take some Fresh sausage home to Grill up for their next cookout!
What To Expect: Hands On Class
-Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
-You will work individually in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
-Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
