Join us in building Billy Bundles during Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week on November 21st at the Good Kind at 1127 S St Mary's St .
We will have all the materials for Billy Bundles and are also accepting donations for the annual Point-in-Time Count. See the link below for what you can donate! This is a family friendly event. Grab a snack and drink (purchased on your own) while you build bundles with your community!
What was once an act of service by a dear friend, Billy Mahone, has now been coined as “Billy Bundles.” A Billy Bundle is a way to understand that our unhoused community members are still our neighbors by addressing them with compassion, a snack, or resources. Anyone can assemble these bags to spread hope to our unhoused neighbors. This is one way we can honor Billy’s legacy while calling attention to humanizing homelessness.
