Welcome to the Homegirls Healing Circle Community Gathering, an enriching experience dedicated to fostering holistic and integrative mental health practices within our community. Join us for an afternoon of empowerment, learning, and connection, designed for women by women. Our gathering will focus on sharing knowledge and experiences related to holistic health practices, mental well-being, and the benefits of incorporating CBD into our self-care routines.
As we navigate through discussions and workshops, we'll explore a variety of integrative approaches to mental health, including mindfulness, meditation, herbal therapy, and more. While we are excited to have local CBD vendors share their products and insights, our primary goal is to create a space for open dialogue about mental health, self-care, and the importance of community support in our healing journeys.
