Attendees can once again explore our partner's exhibit booth and enjoy family-friendly activities. Guests can also savor complimentary food and beverages from James Coney Island and take part in informative sessions presented by our visionary sponsors.
We aim to empower you with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions on your homeownership journey.

Please note the following information for anyone driving to Avenue Center located at 3517 Irvington Blvd, Houston, TX 77009.
- Only park in areas that are identified in the map. Parking in these areas is FREE for HomeFest attendees.
- If you choose street parking please do not block driveways.
- If you choose to park at Moody Park Lot please follow the walking path (white arrows on the map) to HomeFest.
- Observe all "No Parking" signage where posted. You are subject to towing if parked in these areas (Red square).
- If you want to be dropped off at the entrance or if you are coming by Uber or other similar transportation, request to be dropped off at Collingsworth St. by the registration booth (Pink Star).
