The workshop is designed to provide the following: Rental, Understanding Credit, Managing Your Money, Obtaining a Mortgage Loan, Fair Housing, Ready to Buy a Home, Protecting your Investments (Post Purchase).
REGISTRATION PROCESS: After you are registered for this class, you will be provided a CONFIRMATION email. After you complete the workshop and submit your intake application you will recieve a certificate of "Attendance".
In order to receive a "Certificate of Completion" you MUST complete Orientation, Workshop, Intake Application and One-on-One session with a Certified Housing Counselor.
