This is an online only class where you'll learn about all aspects of home ownership, including

Various types of mortgages and fees
How to create and maintain an household budget
Pest management
Landscaping
How to save energy

Classes are held over two nights online from 5pm till 9pm and you must attend both to earn your certificate. The link will be provided to the email that you register with prior to the first night of class. There is a $10 charge and pre-registration is required. Once all requirements are completed you'll receive a certificate that enables you to qualify for SHIP downpayment assistance, HUD rental assistance and USDA low interest mortgage.
