🍻 Der HomeBrewing Contest Südtirol ist ein Wettbewerb für nicht professionelle Heimbrauer*innen. Also alle, die in ihrer Freizeit Spaß am Brauen, Experimentieren und Ausprobieren haben. Die Prämierung wird in verschiedenen Kategorien im Rahmen des Beer Craft Festivals am 17. April im Schloss Maretsch stattfinden.
Die Biere werden von einer Jury aus lokalen Experten und der internationalen KuBo-Jury anonym bewertet und prämiert. Der Wettbewerb bietet eine Plattform für Homebrewer*innen, um ihre Kreationen zu präsentieren und sich mit Gleichgesinnten auszutauschen.

🍻 L’HomeBrewing Contest Alto Adige è un concorso dedicato ai birrai casalinghi non professionisti: a tutti coloro che nel tempo libero si divertono a produrre birra, sperimentare e creare nuove ricette.
La premiazione si svolgerà in diverse categorie nell’ambito del Beer Craft Festival, il 17 aprile presso Castel Mareccio a Bolzano.
Le birre saranno valutate in forma anonima da una giuria composta da esperti locali e dai giudici internazionali del KuBo Award. Il concorso offre una piattaforma ai homebrewer per presentare le proprie creazioni e confrontarsi con altri appassionati.
