Join us for the Hometown Heroes Block Party presented by Daygo’s Finest - a community giveback event bringing together athletes, volunteers, local leaders, and the San Diego community for a day centered around love, support, and showing up for one another.

Our goal is simple: we want everyone who comes to feel welcomed, cared for, seen, and loved. Whether it’s through a meal, conversation, resources, music, or just positive energy, this event is about bringing people together and giving back to the city that raised us.

We’ll be providing food, hygiene resources, clothing, community support, music, giveaways, and more alongside local athletes and community members who simply want to make a difference.

Come show love, support the community, and be part of something bigger than ourselves!

Info: Volunteers will arrive early for setup, team assignments, and a quick walkthrough of the event flow. During this time, volunteers will receive their roles, help prepare stations, organize resources, and get everything ready to create a welcoming environment for the community.

Info: This is when the fun starts. We’ll be spending the afternoon giving back to the community through free food, clothing distribution, haircuts, resources, music, conversations, and good energy all around. Our goal is simply to bring people together, show love to the city, and create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and cared for.

Info: Volunteers will help break down stations, clean the event space, pack remaining supplies, and assist with final cleanup as we wrap up the day together.
