Let's kick off the new year with a home tour in Murfreesboro!We will tour three properties beginning with one of my flips that I'm doing with a partner.
Then we will tour another one of our members new listings, his very first flip.
In both of these tours you will hear how the property was found, how it was financed, the lessons we learned, and we will even share our real life numbers with you.
We will also tour a "for sale" property and go over what to look for when inspecting a potential house to flip.
Afterwards we will go grab lunch for all who want to join us for some networking.
This will be a very educational day but it will also be a fun day filled with both old and new friends and lots of real life lessons and examples.
