About this Event
The Cincinnati NAACP Housing Committee is collaborating with the Community Action
Agency, Legal Aid, H.O.M.E., LISC, Pro Seniors, People Working Cooperatively, and the
Cincinnatus Association to host a pivotal event called “Home Strong: Protecting Your
Legacy Through Resources for Existing Homeowners” sponsored by US Bank.
The primary objective of this event is to connect homeowners residing in high-risk
communities susceptible to foreclosure with organizations that can provide information
for the betterment of their legacy and overall ownership. The event will be held on
February 8, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Evanston Recreation Center.
Admission is free of charge. Food and beverages will be provided on a first-come, first-
served basis while supplies last, so it is advised to arrive early.
Three special sessions will be conducted during the event:
11am – A Brief Overview of Property Tax Resources Available
1130am – Explore Programs to Help with Essential Home Repairs
12pm - Protect the Legacy of your Home with Legal Planning
Attendees are also able to freely interact with the vendors that will be present to provide
critical pertinent information as well as information for available resources. The names of
