Gather with fellow residential contractors, HPG Board members, community partners, and businesses as we come together to share stories, opportunities, challenges, and ideas - and make connections!
Join us for an in‑depth overview of the Oregon Training Institute (OTI) and the wide range of programs they deliver to support Oregon’s energy efficiency and weatherization assistance program workforce. This session will highlight the Oregon Energy Conservation and Weatherization Training Program, IREC‑accredited coursework, and the BPI testing services they provide to support industry certification and professional advancement statewide.
You'll learn how OTI partners with community organizations, training providers, and employers to strengthen the pipeline of skilled workers across Oregon.
In addition, the presentation will include a brief demonstration offering practical tips on how to use the RedCalc Parallel Path R‑Value tool—a useful resource for professionals performing building science analysis and energy modeling.
