Home Ownership 101 is a workshop that covers the basics of "Home Ownership". The session is designed to provide a clear, easy to follow path. We make it easy to understand, easy to follow and turn your goal of home ownership into an actionable plan.

In this session, we will cover:

• Financing Options: How to optimize and secure the best rates.
• Budget Plan: Down payment options, Pre-qualification and closing costs.
• The Home Ownership Options: Single Home vs. Revenue generating Property.
• The Closing Timeline: Understanding the Buying process
