About this Event

Everybody knows the song... but do you know the story? Join us at the Aztec Shawnee Theater for a fascinating film on Home on the Range, the song with as dramatic a tale of creation as the western landscape it honors. The film will share the back story behind the original poem, “My Western Home” and the fight over authorship and legacy as it became a song with international recognition and acclaim.
