We will now be running this competition at Iron Forge Gym. We are still going to make this into as big an event as we can, but the complicated logistics and extremely high costs (with no financial sponsors) made running the comp in the town centre an impossibility (for this year at least).
We will host 3 mens categories and 3 womens.

Log Press for a Max
4x4 Tyre Deadlift on the 10' Kratos Bar for max reps. (14-15" deadlift height approx)
Rising Weight Frame Carry (max distance, weight increasing each length completed)
Hercules Hold
Atlas Stone over Yoke (head to head)
See post in the discussion section for proposed weights. These are subject to change. Additional categories (lighter andor heavier) may be added if there is demand. So if you want lighter options or heavier options still apply.
