WHY? The home care workforce is predominantly Black, brown, and immigrant women. We've been denied collective bargaining rights for generations because of racism and sexism in our Commonwealth. This needs to change now. That's why we're launching a statewide campaign and kicking it off on Juneteenth with our Home Care Homecoming. The fight for home care collective bargaining is undeniably a fight for racial justice too.
