Home birth benefits everyone. Be in the room and hear speakers sharing the research, the stories, the transformational benefits of home birth for families, for midwives, for maternity services, for humanity.
Home birth is not just for certain people, not just for second babies, not just a 'nice extra'.
A day to boost your confidence about home birth.
Hear speakers and join in conversations as midwives, doctors, doulas, parents, antenatal teachers, and maternity service providers.
A mixture of speakers from well-known midwives, academics, parents, birthworkers, podcasters.
Stalls: books, birth pools, doulas, doula training, independent midwives, charities.
Lunch and refreshments included.
Very near Luton Parkway station, and 5 minutes off M1 junction 10. And a tram/Dart ride from Luton Airport if you are coming from further afield.
The conference is for parents, parents-to-be, midwives, student midwives, doctors, antenatal teachers, doulas, health campaigners, and anyone with an interest in home birth.
This conference has never been more needed. Please spread the word. Invite your maternity commissioners, obstetricians, etc.
First phase of tickets:
Early, early bird: £64.58 (£63 + £1.58 booking fee).
Early, early bird reduced rate for students and low income: £50.23 (£49 + £1.23 booking fee).
Only for first 50 tickets. So hurry. We expect these to sell out fast.
First lot of speakers will be announced over the next few days. I'm so excited to share.
