A holy well is a sacred spring or pool that is a site of pilgrimage, miracles, and stories of faith. At St. Paul’s Holy Well gatherings, we seek wisdom and inspiration found in the depths of the Christian liturgical calendar and related cultural traditions, and their connections to the seasons of the natural world, through learning, conversation, and creative and contemplative spiritual practices. On Thursday, October 30, from 6:30–8:00 p.m., we will celebrate Allhallowtide. At Allhallowtide Holy Well, we will explore these holidays with ancient origins that take place between harvest and winter: Halloween, All Saints Day, and All Souls Day. Who are the hallowed and the saints? What does it mean to honor them? Join our gathering to honor the saints who have touched our lives. You are invited to bring a photo or object to represent a loved one you wish to remember.
