Some of us are attending the Be in Health’s Spiritual Roots of Disease Conference all day Saturday, so the hike this weekend will be on Sunday evening. If interested please register:

Details ℹ️: The “A” Mountain Hayden Butte Trail features a narrow stairway. Wildlife, petroglyphs, and vegetation may be seen along the trail. As you get closer to the summit, you will see some steep climbs and rocky terrain. At the summit, you will be rewarded with breathtaking city views and of Sky Harbor Airport.
Let’s hike up watching the sunset 🌅 and then enjoying the city lights. Please bring sufficient water, a jacket, reflective clothing etc if have, secure hiking shoes, and flashlights or headlamps. 💡
Anyone interested afterwards in dining nearby this is optional and we can discuss during hike. 🍽️
