Our fall blood drive will be Thursday, October 2, 12 noon to 6:00 pm in the parish hall. If you are healthy and eligible, please sign up to donate. You can sign up for an appointment using the Red Cross online scheduled system at https://www.redcrossblood.org or by contacting Audrey Murray at 612-968-2108 or [email protected]. The demand for Red Cross blood services remains high. Blood is essential to help patients survive surgeries, cancer treatment, chronic illnesses, and traumatic injuries. While the need is constant, a very small percentage of age-eligible people donate blood yearly. Here’s our chance to help the American Red Cross make sure that supply meets demand. You can also help at the blood drive. We need volunteers to help register donors and to serve refreshments. We need people to bring those refreshments, too. Please contact Audrey to sign up.
