Come Away for a weekend where you are invited you to put down the map and pick up your senses. Over two days, we will explore the "Sacred Ordinary," learning that our bodies, our habits, and our very breath are sites of divine encounter.
This is a retreat for the weary seeker, the quiet observer, and anyone who suspects that there is a deeper rhythm beneath the surface of the everyday.

Our Journey Together
Through the lens of "The Sacred," we will explore seven key pillars of the soulful life:
The Inner Landscape: Sacred Somatics, Curiosity, and Witnessing of the Heart.
The Outer World: Sacred Stewardship, Culture, and the "Sacred Ordinary."
The Daily Walk: Establishing Sacred Rhythms for a grounded life.
What to Expect
This is not a traditional seminar; it is a tactile, restorative experience. Our time together will include:
Creative Soul-Work: Crafting your own physical walking stick and guided collage exercises.
Mindful Practice: Body awareness sessions, guided journeys, and prayerful movements.
Reflective Space: Dedicated time for journaling, story-sharing, and deep listening.
Restorative Flow: Quiet reflection, free time with suggested practices, and communal sharing.
Whether you are in a season of transition or simply seeking a "Sacred Rhythm" amidst the noise, come find your footing on Holy Ground.
