Come join me for a powerful afternoon women's workshop: a sacred circle experience, where we will honor this fiery power: the anger we carry, the pain and rage of our grandmothers who could never express it, and the fury we feel at the injustices and horrors coming to light in our world.
We are going to grow our capacity to feel and be in the energy of rage, without suppressing it or allowing it to blow up our lives.
We are learning ways to use our rage to change our lives and our world for the better.
I'm going to be vulnerable with you: I have wrestled with rage. When it erupted out of me like a volcano several years ago, uncontainable, I had no idea what to do. I was confused, lost, afraid, and felt so much shame.
It has taken me years, but I have figured out ways to work with this energy that are constructive and empowering and deeply healing. I’m really looking forward to sharing these tools with you in this workshop.
We've never needed access to the fire and power of rage than we do right now.
We've never needed tools to wield the energy of rage in wisdom and love, more than we do right now.

🔥 ROAR through Primal Sounds and Movement to consume the excess fire and harness it as FUEL to direct where YOU want
🔥 Drop beneath the rage to reveal what lies beneath: the pain, the injury, the powerlessness - and ultimately - the fierce DEVOTION & LOVE at its core
🔥 Witness and hold each other in circle and sisterhood
🔥 Release through a fire ritual
🔥 Move our bodies in a power dance party
