Through rhythmic music and circular breathing, you'll have the chance to move, shake, yell, cry, or even laugh, channeling your body's innate healing power.

The workshop will begin with a brief somatic movement warm-up, followed by an hour holotropic breathwork. The workshop will finish with a grounding meditation and soundbath!
