As the Facilitator, you will experience my voice like I am only talking to you. When I am not speaking, music, intuitively selected will guide your experience. Relax, forget about the outside world as you show up for yourself, to discover the magic of your breath.
Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask (optional). If you can, refrain from eating 2 hours prior to the session (or eat very light).
