In our integrated session, breathwork is combined with sound healing to enhance the therapeutic effects of both practices. You’ll lie on your back and follow a guided breathing pattern set to music and live instruments . This 3-part circular breathing method involves pulling air primarily into your belly and chest then releasing it smoothly.
Over about 30-40 minutes, this practice will help you release tension and reconnect with a state of mindfulness and inner peace. No prior experience is needed; simply come with an open mind and a readiness to transform.
