About this Event
Greet the day and honor the energy of the new moon on 4/27 with the traditional and sacred practice of 108 Sun Salutations.As the sun rises, move through a rhythmic and meditative flow, building warmth, strength, and inner clarity. This practice is a powerful way to release, renew, and set intentions for the lunar cycle ahead. Whether you complete all 108 or take breaks as needed, you’ll be supported in a space of collective energy and transformation.
Class will start promptly at 7:00 AM, so make sure to arrive by 6:55 before doors lock at 7:00. This class typically takes about 75 minutes but please plan for the duration to vary slightly based on the pace and breaks needed by our unique group of students on the day.
Cost: Complimentary for members. Limited members and class pack holders can use a class credit. Non-members may drop in for $30. **As this is a specialty class, it is not included in our intro offers but we’d love to have you join as a drop in student!
