Durch Musik und Atem können innere Räume des Selbst erforscht, größere Zusammenhänge des Lebens verstanden und tiefe Transformation erfahren werden.
Das holotrope Atmen® ist ein Weg der Selbstentdeckung und des inneren Wachstums. Durch intensiviertes Atmen und evokative Musik wird ein veränderter Bewusstseinszustand erreicht, der dich auf eine Reise in dein Inneres führt.
Dein Atem wird dich durch einen Prozess führen, bei dem interne Blockaden gelöst, Entspannung, Verbindung, Lebendigkeit und Zugehörigkeit gefunden werden können.
Hier kannst du Antworten finden, übergeordnete Muster deines Lebens und Einfluss deines Geburtsprozesses auf dein Leben erkennen, Stress abbauen und in einer Gemeinschaft von Leuten dich zeigen so wie du bist und in einen inspririerenden Austausch gehen.
Das Holotrope Atmen ermöglicht den TeilnehmerInnen eigene Ressourcen und Erkenntnisse zu finden und sich der eigenen Wahrheit zu nähern und aus dieser heraus zu leben.
Zum Teilnehmen sind keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. Der Workshop wird in deutsch sein, ggfls. mit englischer Übersetzung.

WORKSHOP
Samstag: Holotropes Atmen 08:45 – 20:30
Nach einer kurzen Einführung am Morgen legen wir auch schon los mit der ersten von zwei Atemsessions.
Jeder Teilnehmende atmet einmal holotrop und ist einmal als Sitter für einen Atempartner dabei. Jede Atemsession dauert ca. 3h. Dazwischen wird es eine Pause geben.
Es ist ein Workshop ohne Übernachtung. Aber wenn du von ausserhalb kommst helfen wir dir gerne bei der Suche nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Since the beginning of dawn mankind used non ordinary states of consciousness to explore the Self. The Holotropic Breathwork weekend offers a safe container to explore such states.
The inner landscape of being can be discovered through the use of music and breath, bigger meanings of life can be understood and deep transformation can be experienced.
Holotropic Breathing® is a path of self-discovery and inner growth. Through intensified breathing and evocative music, an altered state of consciousness is reached, which takes you on a journey into your inner being.
Your breath will guide you through a process of releasing internal blockages, finding relaxation, connection, aliveness and belonging.
Here you can find answers, recognize overarching patterns of your life and the influence of your birth process on your life, reduce stress and show yourself in a community of people as you are and go into an inspiring exchange..
Holotropic breathing enables participants to find their own inner resources,to gain insights and to find their inate truth and to live out of it.
No prior knowledge is neccessary. The workshop will be translated into english if necessary.

WORKSHOP
Saturday: Holotropic Breathwork 8:45 am – 8:30pm (ending times could vary)
After a short introduction in the morning, we will start with the first of two breathing sessions.
Each participant breathes once (holotropic breathing) and sits once for a breathing partner. Each breathing session will lasts around 3 hours. In between there will be a break.
This is not a residential workshop but if you come from abroad we are happy to help you to find accommodation.
