The Council for Holocaust Awareness of Idaho, CHAI, is honored to host Holocaust survivor Pete Metzelaar for an unforgettable evening of history, resilience, and the human spirit.

Pete Metzelaar was only six years old when his family was torn apart during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. He and his mother survived in hiding, shielded by the courage of the Dutch Underground. His firsthand testimony is a powerful reminder of the atrocities of the Holocaust.
