Join us on the pitch for a 90 minute touch rugby session designed for mixed abilities - whether you're new to the game or returning and want to brush up on your skills, you're welcome!
When: Friday, January 10th | 7:30pm - 9pm
Meeting Point: Meet at 7pm at Hollow Rocks, 29-31 Essex Road, Islington, N1 2SA
Pitch: We will be playing on a 3g pitch on a special rooftop venue. Please wear plastic moulds.
In this session we'll use exciting small-sided games and drills to help improve your skill set and develop a better understanding of the game.
Expect to work on catching, passing, kicking, fitness, and decision making in live scenarios to become an all round rugby player.
Please note this session is for over 18's. If you haven't played before with us - you will need to sign a waiver before you can play.
