Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or “off” no matter how many self-care tips you try? This workshop invites you into a whole-self understanding of wellness, one that sees you as a living system, not a checklist of habits.
In this 90-minute experience, you’ll learn how the Five Pillars of Holistic Wellness — Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, and Relational — work together to create lasting balance and joy. We’ll explore how nervous system regulation, invisible labor, hormone rhythms, and relational patterns quietly shape your energy, resilience, and presence .
You’ll Walk Away With:
• A clear, embodied understanding of the Five Pillars
• A self-assessment of where you are energetically out of balance
• Practical, accessible tools to support immediate regulation
• A grounded invitation to continue the work beyond this workshop
This workshop is especially supportive for women and mothers who are ready to stop surviving and begin living with more coherence, joy, and presence.
Must Sign up ahead of time, Every person attending must have a ticket. Ticket Sales close 24hrs before event or when we sell out. You can pay cash at least 72 hrs ahead of time in the studio or you can pay with a card on EB only.

Please Note: Miley which is the store owners dog is usually always at the store. She is a registered emotional support dog, hyproallergenic shitzu who loves kids and adults of all ages. She is also amazing with kids who have special needs and even kids who have been afraid of dogs end up falling in love with her. IF you have any concerns about her being here during a class please call and talk with Brandy Fletcher. TY

Pay on Eventbrite or come in and pay cash in the studio prior to class. Please arrive at most 5 minutes early. Dress accordingly because art can be messy. You may bring a snack and a drink to enjoy. Snacks & Drinks are able to be purchased in the store as well.

- Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellation?No, all sales are final. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us directly. If you contact us 48 hours or more before the event we can reschedule you to another class with in the month. You are welcome to give your seat to a friend if you can’t attend. You can attend another event if you can’t make this one – you can transfer to a different only once. If you missed that reschedule – that will be considered as a no show. NO SHOWS will NOT be refunded or rescheduled. Your ticket sales will be donated to various local fundraisers for classes.
