Holistic Voice Circle – A Monthly Journey into Sound & Self-ExpressionThis monthly gathering is an invitation to reconnect with your voice as a tool for healing, expression, and inner connection.
Through gentle guidance and exploration, we will use sound, breath, and movement to awaken the natural resonance of the body and support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-expression. No previous singing or musical experience is needed — this is a space for curiosity, permission, and play.
Each circle may include a blend of:
• Voice warm-ups
• Vocal toning and chanting
• Mantras and medicine songs
• Breathwork with sound for release and grounding
• Nervous system regulation practices
• Improvisation and intuitive sounding
• Embodiment and gentle movement
• Meditation and integration
• Sharing circle
No two circles will be the same, allowing space for spontaneity, group energy, and what feels most alive in the moment.
My intention with this space is to support you in rediscovering your voice and the power it holds — your truth, your expression, your creativity. Together, we create a safe and playful environment where you are invited to explore sound without judgment, build confidence, and experience the joy of making beautiful sounds in community.
